  1. تزويد المتدربين بالمعارف والمناهج النظرية والتطبيقية للصيرفة والتأمين.
  2. تقديم إستشارات في مجال الرقابة والتدقيق الشرعي و إدارة المخاطر.
  3. بث ثقافة الصيرفة الإسلامية لدى المواطن العربي.
  4. فتح الباب أمام الباحثين في مجال القانون والتحكيم و الاقتصاد والمحاسبة…الخ للاستفادة من خبرات وتجارب المكوّنين بالأكاديمية.
  5. تأهيل الموظفين وتكوينهم في مجالات إدارية وأمنية وجودة وسلامة مهنية.
  6.  تأهيل المهتمين بمجال السلك الدبلوماسي و الشؤون القنصلية
